Fishing Success At Hartwell

I finally was able to sneak off for a couple of days and even spent a few hours bream fishing on Hartwell. First day, fishing from the bank, I caught the nicest bluegill I've ever caught at Hartwell. It was between the bank and a floating boat dock and was probably about 7 or 8 inches long. This was around 6 PM. The next morning, I was fishing again, early, and caught 5 pretty fair bream from the bank. This time I was on around the point in a cove and found some brush in the water near the bank. I started fishing around the brush and found it productive. The fish were in very close to the bank in shallow water, but I ended up with a nice mess of fish. One was a red breast and one was a warmouth. The others were just typical bream. After a LONG layoff from fishing, it sure was nice to catch a few. Hope you guys have great success on the water as well.
